The Building Management System (BMS) solution must be able to control, through the control devices, all the installations present in the building, functions that were controlled separately until now.

Respectând ideile unui sistem de automatizare de ultimă generație în vederea realizării unei soluții de BMS eficiente, sistemul vă integră funcționalitățile clădiri într-o maniera ce vă permite o interacțiune rapidă și facilă.
Lighting control
Iluminatul în cadrul clădirii (indiferent de tipul acestuia – on/off, dimabil, rgbw) vă fi controlat de către sistemul de BMS-KNX. În funcție de cerințele finale ale beneficiarului soluția de iluminat vă fi controlată de către tasterele multifuncționale și/sau senzori de mișcare și prezenta cu care sistemul de automatizare vă fi echipat. Sistemul vă permite controlul complet atât de la distantă cât și din interior prin folosirea dispozitivelor mobile (smartphone/tableta). Iluminatului exterior poate fi controlat pe baza informațiilor provenite de la senzorul crepuscular, dar și în corelare cu un program de timp setabil se vor transmite comenziile de pornire/oprire iluminat exterior.
Controlul jaluzelelor/draperiilor/perdelelor electrice
Jaluzelele/draperiile/perdelele electrice vor fi controlate de către echipamentele KNX. Modulul de control vă permite controlul jaluzelelor/perdelelor electrice atât din butoanele montate în încăpere cât și prin folosirea ecranelor de control fie din interiorul clădirii fie de la distanta. Pentru o utilizare cât mai simplă se pot preprograma și scenarii de funcționare automată.

Control in the field – individual control for each zone
Each separate zone had three main operating modes – comfort/standby/night with a preset setpoint for each mode, setpoint from which the user had the freedom to modify it by +/-5 degrees. Hourly temperature programs will be able to be set by the user for calling these modes.
Open window monitoring – when a window is opened in the room, the system automatically switches to standby mode to save energy.
Integration of the HVAC solution into the BMS of the building;
By integrating the heating/cooling sources into the BMS, you have greater control over the installation and the system also tells you how to set the heating/cooling sources according to the requirements in the room (settings made by the user).
